A Buzzing Culture


Company culture and communication are paramount to creating a positive workplace. At Teamwork Athletic Apparel, the company values are displayed in every area of the sprawling facilities. They use the phrase “Catching the Culture Buzz” to describe how they get and keep everyone on the right track and aligned with how the company operates. The company has adopted a honeybee mascot to carry on the buzz theme, and posters in each area or department feature a honeycomb shape. One of the company’s twelve values occupies each cell of the honeycomb.


These are the company’s twelve values:
