Qualifications for Coaches


CEO Tools Coaches Certification Program is available to those who currently operate a coaching, consulting or advisory practice.

  • Engaged in a business that provides management consulting and/or business coaching services for small-to-medium sized enterprises (generally companies with 10-500 employees and/or $1mm-300mm in revenues)

  • Successful background in executive management in larger organizations or entrepreneurial growth companies

  • Lifelong leaner well-versed in current business concepts, trends and ideas.

Process to become a CEO Tools Certified Coach:

  1. Complete Online Application

  2. Submit background documents

    • Resume/CV of prior achievements and experience

    • Summary of your current consulting or coaching practice and client types

    • Completion of the CEO Tools Personal and Professional Assessment

  3. Schedule and complete a selection interview with our company president

  4. Upon the determination of mutual agreement of acceptance in the program, schedule travel to attend the upcoming training
