    After attending Kraigs vistage day in London the key failure is the follow up action. I recently attended another event in London where they got each person to write down the three action points on a card. The presenter then collected the cards and they will be posted back in 3 weeks time.

    To make sure you took action you also had to walk and introduce yourself to another individual and tell them what you were going to do and by when. That person then has to call you in three weeks to make sure you took action.
