Tips to Thrive in Downturns & Upturns

Tuesday, June 30th, 2009

Here are some “adds” to your list of meaningful thrival tips during this downturn:

1 – Institute “value engineering” into your products and services: it means give the customer more of what s/he wants for less cost.  2 – Introduce new products and services to get more volume; many smart companies are investing in this now for future success.  3 – Add to how/what you deliver: things that add more convenience for customers and things that treat them better. It’s what they want!  4 – Study what government is about to do to your industry and your business; lots of strange change coming here!  Hope these trigger thrive-ability for you, Kraig
