Virtually everyone’s put a customer on COD, but how about COD plus 10%?  

Wow, what a great idea to get a regular, timely payment of the older debts owed you!  

Simple, logical, and very effective – try it today.  Oh, and if you explain it well to your customers, you’ll keep them by helping them get back on track, cash-wise, over time.  After all, probably no one else would sell to them under any circumstances.
